Owner Jane Fuller is a dedicated and enthusiastic Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist and has been running a busy clinic in Mansfield since 2008.

After attaining a diploma in holistic therapies in 2007, which studied Swedish massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and attained extra qualifications in Indian head massage, hot stone massage and thermo auricular therapy (ear candling). Jane developed a massive interest in the remedial effects of massage and went on to obtain a diploma in sports massage therapy in 2009.

The passion and hunger to learn more advanced bodywork lead her on a journey to Brighton to the highly respected Jing Institute of Advanced Clinical Massage where in 2012 she gained an Advanced Certificate in Advanced Clinical And Sports Massage Therapy from an Eastern and Western perspective including Amma Fusion, Shiatsu, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue release and advanced stretching techniques. Used together these techniques create powerful protocols that are both relaxing and remedial and get results in 1-6 weeks with many pain conditions such as headaches, back problems, sciatica, herniated/slipped disc, frozen shoulder, whiplash, arthritis and sporting injuries.

As well as treating private clients, Jane enjoyed providing post event massage at triathlon events around the country and has worked with sports people in the treatment and prevention of injury. She wrote and taught introductory and qualifying courses in a range of complementary therapies and feels privileged to have witnessed the seed of passion grow in others starting out on their own path of discovery into the fascinating and addictive world of therapy.

In 2013, Jane embarked on the newly developed degree level BTEC level 6 in Advanced Clinical Massage, the highest attainable level of massage available in the UK, She is committed to providing high standards of massage therapy and is passionate about helping people out of pain.
